Bohemian Brunch 14 Day Return Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition. You must email us directly withing the 14 days, sending images with the problem.

Not just through the reviews page.

We do not accept returns if you have chosen the wrong size, without checking the size chart first.Each product has a size chart for you to check, and we are here to help as well.

We reserve the right to not give refunds on abusive or public damaging claims to our products.

All correspondance must be written via email to us, or through our whatts app number, and be respectful. We do our best to get great products out at sale prices, occassionaly things can go wrong, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Please do not buy products from this website, if your intention is to return them.

We are not a huge company that offer free returns, you must pay for the return shipping, and at our prices , this will cost, almost the same as the sale item.

Please choose carefully and reach out if you need to get assistance.

All final Sales products cannot be returned.
Only sales priced items up to 40% discount may be refunded, unfortunately sale rack items of 41 % discount or more or finals sale cannot be refunded..

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If you have clicked on a product that has diverted you to another site and have purchased through another site, the refund policy will be different and the refund must go through that site that you purchased directly through.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back, without contacting us first.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only sales priced items up to 49% discount may be refunded, unfortunately sale rack items of 50 % discount or more or finals sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@islandgirlfashion.com and send your item to the address we send you.

Cancellation of VIP Styling Services.

All cancellations of services need to be emailed with the reason for cancellation. It is your right to cancel at any time after the initial 30 days of agreement.All cancellations take 30 days of processing and will be in place the date of receiving your email of cancellation.A confirmation email will be sent out to confirm the cancellation and to confirm the last payment you will pay.If you have sent a cancellation email and have not heard back from us within 72 hours please send us another email at sales@islandgirlfashion.com to follow this up.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will send to you, according to the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
